Coffee Rooted in Ancient Highlands
Three roasts. Three Mayan names. One mountain range that has grown exceptional coffee for centuries. Packed fresh in Honduras and shipped straight to your door.
Three Roasts. Three Mayan Gods.
Each coffee named after a deity of the ancient Maya — bold, bright, or balanced. Which one calls to you?
Where It Comes From
Grown in the Highlands of Copán
Copán sits in the western mountains of Honduras at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,700 meters above sea level. The same fertile volcanic soil that sustained the ancient Maya civilization now grows some of the finest arabica coffee in Central America.
We source directly from small cooperative farms — CAFICO and COCAFCAL — whose families have cultivated these highlands for generations. No middlemen. No mystery.
